Tim J. Dean is a recognized global coach, certified trainer and sought-after keynote speaker with a passion for empowering others to realize their full potential. A published author and adjunct professor, Tim coaches individuals, especially Millennials, to integrate their unique business skills with their strong social values so that they can accelerate their career and make a difference in the world.

With extensive business experience in talent management, manufacturing, energy, agriculture and healthcare, Tim brings a unique and powerful mix of strategy, empathy and real-world insights to every coaching engagement.

Tim holds a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
