Suzette is a certified Coach and Speaker in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. For more than 20 years, she has been in the business of improving lives and helping her clients build extraordinary lives. First as a business owner and now as a speaker and health and wellness coach who helps to guide you to the best, most confident version of yourself. Suzette will show you how to break free of limitations and what it means to unleash your inner warrior to live an amazing life of your own design. Health and wellness is about far more than your diet and exercise plan. It’s about getting to the core of your dreams and desires and identifying the limiting beliefs and old stories that no longer serve you. Her passion is helping you to construct your new stories and beliefs that will allow you to step fully in to the life that you desire.
Suzette came to coaching with more than 20 years of experience in leadership and team building. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a degree in Business / Psychology. She has trained under John Maxwell and Tony Robbins and Chloe Madanes. She holds professional certifications in fitness and nutrition from NASM, Precision Nutrition, and IIN. She is committed to helping you realize your own potential to achieve the extraordinary life you desire.
