Sarah believes everyone can and should be able to do purposeful work that lights them up, and sparks others to live their potential and create lives they will be proud of when they are old and grey. Her La Dolce Vita programme will explore your Emotional Intelligence skill set, help you design more of your own perfect days and live a life that will make you excited to wake up for every day. The programme is underpinned by scientifically developed emotional intelligence profiling.
Emotional Intelligence profiling was designed to help leaders activate their personality and become more effective at work, but in truth heightened emotional intelligence will help you in all areas of your life. Sarah has helped corporate executives dig an escape tunnel to their own La Dolce Vita, professional athletes find a new career plan with purpose and given small business owners the tools to develop a success mindset and grow their client base through EI.
1-2-1 coaching is done face to face if you’re local or through Zoom meetings remotely, sessions are tailored to work with your specific personal goals which will be outlined up front. Sessions are supported by a suite of tasks, to maintain the momentum of your self exploration and growth. Meetings are flexible dependent on your schedule, having worked across global marketing teams in energy, retail, education and food sectors Sarah understands the pressures of corporate life so will work with you to agree a programme that works for you.

Sarah truly believes that we all have the capacity to leap out of bed every day in a place that we love, with people we love around us energised to do purposeful work that brings joy to the world. If we all take small steps to create our own La Dolce Vita every day the world will become a much more joyful place to be. To that end she’s currently traveling the world in search of the stories behind 80 Cakes in 80 Places around the world for her project “Around the World in 80 Cakes” Because creativity in cake and story-telling is something that brings creativity, joy and connection to her world.
