Joey Romeu is the go-to expert in creating holistic body transformations for coaches and speakers as well as best selling authors and celebrities. He helps people through tailored fitness, eating and lifestyle strategies as well as mindset transformations. He integrates a DNA test for advanced optimisation which allows for faster results and for each plan to be tailored to the individuals’ specific needs.
He has a degree in Biomedical Science and decided to move away from Medicine to pursue his passion for helping through lifestyle and prevention. Joey loves martial arts and figure skating where he competes in singles and pairs at a National level. He drives people to create sustainable change without people having to take time out of their busy schedule or giving up the foods they love.
