Short Bio:

Erika Fitzgibbon is a seasoned career coach and counselor with more than 20 years experience working with diverse populations including high achieving professionals, business owners, career changers, job seekers, students and new professionals. Fitzgibbon is also an accomplished award winning photographer, who grew her business over 7 years time, until she retired in order to focus on coaching others to realize their dreams.

In her writing and coaching work, Fitzgibbon uses multiple theories and concepts including career development, cognitive behavioral, asset based, human/lifespan development, family systems, neuroplasticity, mindfulness and more. She is a classically trained psychotherapist at the masters level and uses a powerful combination of counseling modalities, coaching exercises, story-telling techniques and design thinking concepts.

Her clients are empowered to identify their true calling, grow business, seek new opportunities, increase connectedness in relationships, improve health, and create individualized, values driven lives of their own design.
