Cynthia believes the success and sustainability of a family, community or organization is directly related to the effectiveness of its leaders. Her interest and expertise as Coach and Consultant lie in helping formal and informal leaders with the “doing” and “being” of leadership by balancing their achievement and relationship competencies.

Cynthia is certified through the Coaches Training Institute, whose prestigious CPCC designation is the most rigorous and respected in the industry. Trained in CTI’s Co-Active Model®, her philosophy holds clients as naturally resourceful and whole and her approach is to elicit the skills and creativity people already possess. Using an array of proprietary tools and resources, her methodology guides clients first in the development of self-leadership skills before honing the skills required to lead others. In this way, she partners with clients to identify their unique, “context-free” leadership style paving the way for contribution that is both meaningful to them and impactful to the environment they serve.

Cynthia is a member of ForbesTM Coaches Council, an invitation-only community for world-class business professionals lending her perspective to the ForbesTM platform alongside other notable industry influencers. She has been credentialed by and is a longstanding member of the International Coach Federation, the global association of professional business and personal coaches, serving on its Chapter Board of Directors as President and as Director at Large.
