Alessandra Patti

Short Bio

Alessandra Patti, originally from Italy, resides in Zurich, Switzerland, where she founded her Coaching company, FindYourWay. She is an accredited practitioner coach, with a huge passion for writing since childhood, she enjoys reading and spreading her ideas around! She also has a master degree in Translation and Interpreting, a bachelor degree in Marketing and Branding, a Certificate of Analytical Psychology and, of course, Coaching.

Her company supports individuals and firms in being more assertive and self- confident by using language transformation techniques to become more diplomatic (how to say NO without actually pronouncing the word “No” is her favorite technique, as you can see in the book chapter). The results of her coaching are freedom, a stop to guilt feelings, more happiness and better time management and boundaries for people.

Alessandra organizes workshops and coaching programs to reach assertiveness and speak one’s mind. She also develops body language techniques to bring more confidence at the workplace and being able to ask virtually anything.

Alessandra teaches Cuban Salsa Dancing part-time (yes! Dancing is one of her passions too!) and developed a program that bridges Salsa and Coaching, called “Dance for Confidence”, that gives people the courage to step outside their comfort zone and dance!

In her free time Alessandra enjoys salsa dancing in Zurich, reading, writing and spending time with her partner and their good friends just doing “those simple things that make one happy”.
